One family knew their cat, Juniper, inside and out. When she accidentally got outside, they didn't panic - they relied on what they'd learned about her habits. They set up the popcorn tin she loved, made sure food was visible, kept an eye on the camera, and waited patiently. When the moment was right, they acted with precision and care, safely bringing her back into the home she knew was hers.     Before she could bolt again, he reached out quickly and snatched her up! He woke me up to tell me she was back home.

    I was so relieved. We told our daughter and even though she was half asleep when we told her, she told us 'Yay, my baby is home' before rolling over in bed.

    This morning, she had forgotten what had happened during the night. I brought her into the bedroom and told her 'Look who came home!' She jumped on the bed and immediately started snuggling with Juniper.

    She even asked if she could just skip school to cuddle with her all day. S I told her no but they can have lots of snuggles when she gets home.

    And many more years of snuggles too. I am so glad she's home! I really appreciate my husband being so vigilant in keeping an eye on the cameras and being able to snatch her from the window.

  • You know a cat is loved in a family in two ways: Firstly, the family members give the cat so much love, snuggles, and comfort. Secondly, and no less important, is that the cat feels comfortable to snuggle and love the hooman in their family right back. When a cat feels comfortable enough to show love and affection, you know the cat is doing well, and is actually loved. And Juniper? She's loved all around.
